General Guidelines for Return and Exchange
We will gladly accept your return of unused items provided that:
- The customer must present the item's original packaging and official receipt as proof of purchase. Both are required for processing.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for in-store items, and within 7 days of delivery for online purchases.
Please follow the specific return and exchange guidelines for in-store and online purchases outlined below.
Guidelines for In-Store Purchase
To return or exchange a defective item in-store, please bring the following:
- Original packaging
- Official receipt
- Provide both to our Store Associate
- The associate will assess eligibility for exchange or refund
- Special cases may require inspection by our Head Office. If needed, leave the item, your full name, and contact details with the associate. You will be contacted within 3 business days.
Guidelines for Online Purchase
Before initiating a return/exchange, email the following details to customerservice@shoeboxoutlet.com.ph:
- Your Full Name
- Your Contact Number
- Official Online Receipt
- Photo of the damaged item
- Short description (e.g., type of damage, sale item or not)

We process returns Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and should be shouldered by the customer.
Allow up to 3 business days for us to receive, inspect, and validate your return. Please wait for confirmation before further actions. Not all items will qualify after inspection.
Once validated, you will be contacted via email or phone. Most approved requests will receive store credit. If your new selection is more expensive, you must pay the difference. Unused credit may be used for other Palladium items.
