  • Unless after further inspection by the company or our authorized store associates/representatives the item is found to have a factory defect or valid reason, items cannot be returned.
  • Items damaged due to unintended use are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • A limited warranty applies to all purchased items (in-store, online, via official third-party outlets, discounted, or full-priced).
  • All limited warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by the company or authorized representatives.
  • Please keep your official receipt for any concerns regarding your purchase.
